This is the rankings for who the best Brawlers over-all are!! For the first version, I'm going to have to base it off of opinions.

To move up in ranks, challenge someone higher (better) than you in your tier rank and win with the following rules:
Best 2 out of 3 matches
3-stock
Neutral Stages only: (No striking or banning)
Battlefield
Final Destination
Yoshi's Island (Brawl)
SmashVille
Pokemon Stadium (Melee)


You must be the leader(top) of your tier rank to challenge the last Brawler of the higher tier rank.

The challenged must accept the request within 2 days. (Unless he/she can't really Brawl.) After challenge has been accepted and the challenged wins, he can refuse to accept any more ranked matches from the defeated challenger for the rest of the day.
If the challenged looses, he cannot rematch the winner 'til the next day.
